Modular Hardware For Real Benches

Momma’s Pop Shop builds small‑batch hardware with real engineering behind it — starting with the POP Benchline System, a modular platform for clean, repeatable work on folding tables, spare rooms, and borrowed corners.

This isn’t studio‑prop gear. It’s built for people who actually use their bench.

POP Benchline System

The Platform, The First Layout, And Everything That Comes After

The POP Benchline System is a modular platform for small‑scale botanical work, electronics, and mixed‑use benches. The first layout on that platform is the POP Top — a compact, defined workspace that keeps your tools and containers in their lane.

From there, the plan is simple: more layouts, more modules, and more ways to make a folding table feel like a purpose‑built workstation.

The details live on their own pages — product, engineering, concepts, materials, and more — but it all starts here.

If you want the deep dive on the POP Top itself, head to product.html. If you want to see how the whole Benchline ecosystem fits together, go to benchline-series.html.

Not A Faceless Brand

Momma’s Pop Shop is small on purpose — built by someone who’s spent years in the real world of work: custom framing, not‑for‑profit insurance, accounting, and hands‑on engineering and manufacturing.

The business draws on over a decade of production‑floor experience: electronics assembly, process engineering, quality improvement, and fabrication, backed by IPC‑A‑610 and IPC‑7711/21 certifications.

If you want the full story — how those worlds connect and why this shop exists — that lives on story.html.

Hardware That Earns Its Place On The Bench

We don’t build showpieces. We build tools that make your day easier — with clean lines, honest materials, and layouts that respect how people actually work.

Every feature has to justify itself. If it doesn’t improve the workflow, it doesn’t make the cut.

The deeper dive on tolerances, process, and how we think about failure modes and serviceability lives on engineering.html and materials.html.
